Comments:

People have "comeof age" in terms of their attitudes towards people who are HIV +ve. There is compassion towards the victims. Yet - behind the scenes (i.e. in the absence of the presence of the victim) people speak in hushed tones, in a jeering manner sort of, making a mockery of how the victim failed to look after her/himself.
